Dr. Catherine Carrison is the Director of the ELL Department for Evergreen Public Schools in Vancouver, Washington. She is a member of the state’s Dual Language Education steering committee. Additionally, she has provided professional development for districts around the state on the importance and logistics of developing a district Dual Language Education Master Plan. Catherine is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Two-Way Dual language Education (ATDLE).
