This workshop will overview a variety of topics that are important for new Dual Language administrators to consider.  We will outline our implementation steps and share resources that we found valuable for the implementation and continued growth of a strong program.  Whether you are a school principal or a district level administrator, if you are merely thinking about starting a Dual Language Program or actually beginning your program implementation, this session will provide some important points to consider and resources to move you forward.  You will also have the opportunity to talk with other administrators who are on the same journey.
